17 - 18.30 yoga & meditation session
a gentle yoga yoga session to bring mind & body into equilibrium,
19 vegan dinner enjoy a delicious meal around the large farmhouse table prepared with locals products
Saturday
7h - 8.30 yoga & meditation
a morning yoga class to awaken body & mind and prepare for the day ahead
9h -11h enjoy a delicious vegan breakfast with nourishing items off the buffet with local ingredients, and hot dishes prepared for you to your liking by the chef
15h - 16.30 yoga & meditation
an energizing afternoon practice to prepare for the cooking class ahead
17h-19h raw vegan cooking class with fresh ingredients and practicing mindfulness, kindness & ahimsa - nonviolence - one of the yamas of yoga, awareness & mindfulness: the love we place into the preparation is the love which nourishes us
take home a basket full of goodness created with your own hands and love
20h onward dinner savoring the delicious concoctions of this afternoon's cooking class
